White Slow fermentation Bread
Wheat flour and simple ingredients combined with the characteristic taste of sourdough. A delicious bread that has a distinct and unique ‘sour’ taste, complemented by a rustic crust and rich body. The ideal choice to accompany saucy dishes, legumes and salads.
Wholemeal Slow fermentation Bread
The sourdough, in combination with honey, gives this bread the flavour that sets it apart. Perfect to serve with cheese and jams, but also with all your favourite dishes.
Multigrain Slow fermentation Bread
The oat and rye flakes, linseed, sunflower seed, as well as roasted malt flour, are the ingredients that highlight the flavour of this bread. We recommend this as an ideal base for breakfast or sandwiches, but it pleasantly accompanies salads and cheeses.
