You can order up to 24 hours in advance and save your order so that it is ready for the next time. The service is available all 7 days a week. So you don't have to be late in the morning, rush on your lunch break or miss a moment of your weekend walk.

Can I pick up my order from any Zorbas bakery?

Can I order other products besides those on the menu?

We only accept orders for products on the menu to be able to serve all customers on time.

How long does it take to prepare the order?

The minimum time needed to prepare the order is 20 minutes.

How can I pay for my order?

Online, by card.

How do I pick up my order?

Your order will be ready for pickup at a specific marked location inside the bakery.

How do I know that the products in my order will be fresh?

The products available through this service, like all our products, are freshly baked. If your order includes coffee, it will be prepared minutes before your arrival.

Can I remove/add products after the order is completed?

You will be able to add products to your order during your visit to the store.

Ιf you want to remove products, you can do so but we cannot refund your money. We will be able to offer you other products of equal value or alternatively credit the equivalent amount in cashback to your My Bakery account.

Can I cancel the order/payment?

Unfortunately, orders that have been completed cannot be cancelled.

Can I earn cashback?

Yes, of course.

Is there a minimum order cost?

There is a minimum order cost of 2€.

Can I order for the next few days?

Orders can only be placed for the next day.

Can I check the products in my order and then pay?

Yes, with the help of the store manager.

Can I change the products of my order in the shop (if I don't like the shape, or baking)?

It can be replaced with the same product. For example, if you want to change a Thessaloniki koulouri with a Thessaloniki koulouri with superfoods, then a change cannot be made because it is a different product.

Can I delay picking up my order from the agreed time?

If your order includes coffee, there is a chance that it will be spoiled (for example, the ice cubes will melt).

Can another person pick up my order?

Can I place more than 1 order for pickup from different stores?
