“MY BAKERY EASTER COMPETITON 2025” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.PREAMBLE

The company A. Zorpas & Sons LTD, with registered office and head office at 51 Armenias Street, 2006 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus, as legally represented, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) organizes this competition under the title “Easter Competition 2025” The Competition will be held through the My Bakery app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).

2.COMPETITION DURATION

The Competition is valid from 01/04/2025 to 20/04/2025 at 23:59 pm.

3.COMPETITION PARTICIPATION

Those residing in Cyprus and over 18 years of age are eligible to participate.

Participation in the Competition requires the purchase of products from the Organizer worth €15 or more in a single cash receipt at ZORPAS Easter Products and is valid only for members of the My bakery program.

Participation in the Competition requires the unconditional acceptance of the Terms of the Competition which have been posted on the company website zorbas.com.cy as well as any other website used for participation and conducting the Competition. Participation through the Application implies automatic acceptance of the terms.

Participation in the Competition requires access to the Internet by interested parties with their own technical means and expenses.

The Organizer and/or the provider bear no responsibility if, for reasons beyond their control or for reasons of force majeure (indicatively, problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, server or provider, computer components, software, failure to send or receive data due to lack of available space or due to technical problems or congestion on the internet or on any website or due to a combination of these events, interruption of the internet connection, as well as infection by computer viruses, malicious or illegal actions or interventions by third parties, fraudulent actions) the sending of entries made within the framework of the Competition is delayed or fails.

The Organizer has the right to verify the validity of the participants and to exclude any participant who attempts to interfere illegally with the participation process or whose participation is not in accordance with these terms.

Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any participant in the Competition at any time or to prohibit them from further participation, at its absolute discretion, at any time, even without warning, if it considers that their participation is in conflict with the provisions of the law or is made in bad faith or abusively or contrary to good faith or fair and commercial practices.

4.WAYS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION

 4.1. PARTICIPATION THROUGH THE APPLICATION

The participant takes part in the competition through the My Bakery application. With every purchase of €15 in ZORPAS Easter Products, on a receipt the participant will automatically receive a “scratch”, which is available through my Bakery application (in the “Gifts” section) and through which he/she will be given the opportunity to win various prizes.

The user to check if they have won, must “scratch” the scratch card that will appear on his/her screen. If the user wins, the gift they have won will appear in a message on the mobile screen and if he/she do not win anything, the corresponding message will appear. The way the game operates will be regulated by the Organizer’s algorithm, taking into account the availability of the gifts, which will remain available until their stocks are exhausted, as well as the number of entries in the Competition.

In the event that the stock of a gift is out of stock, it will be automatically withdrawn from the options and will no longer be available. Each participant has the possibility of one entry with each purchase of ZORPAS Easter products worth €15 or more, in a single transaction on a receipt.

 4.1.1. WINNER’S DECISION PROCEDURE

The participant wins automatically and can find the information regarding the arrangement of receiving the gift, in the My bakery account (in the application) in the gifts section. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms in any way, such as postponing the dates of the Competition, changing the offered gifts at its discretion, as well as canceling the Competition for any reason, informing the public through the Organizer’s website at www.zorbas.com.cy as well as in any appropriate way and without any competition and without any person.

Each Winner must redeem his gift within 30 days. Otherwise, the gift will no longer be available in the Gifts section.

5.GIFTS – «Scratch»

(7) different gifts:

– 400 vouchers €5 for pastry items

– 700 vouchers €3 for pastry items

– 200 vouchers €5 for food items (Not valid for sushi, sandwich or salads)

– 500 vouchers €3 for food items (Not valid for sushi, sandwich or salads)

– 800 vouchers €3 for bakery items

– 1600 vouchers €2 for bakery items

– 800 vouchers €3 for coffee items

 The Organizer’s liability is limited only to the disposal of the above announced Gifts. After the expiration of the duration of the Competition and the distribution of the Gifts as mentioned above, any obligation of the Organizer in relation to the Competition does not exist. The Organizer is exempt from liability that may arise throughout the duration of the winners’ actions in the activity included in the Gifts. The Organizer does not bear any criminal or civil liability for any damage caused to the winners, directly or indirectly, by the Competition and by the use of the Gifts, who bear full and exclusive liability during the redemption of the Gift. Terms and conditions apply to the redemption of vouchers. Change is not refunded and they are not exchanged for money or other products.

6.GIFT DELIVERY

The Winners will be notified by the Organizer via a notification on their mobile phone via My bakery application.

The Organizer, when communicating with the Winners, may request any additional information it deems necessary to verify the identity of the winner – final recipient of the Gift.

7.PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATE

The Competition involves and includes the processing and use of personal data in accordance with the provisions set out herein. The personal data of the participants in the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting this specific competition. For this reason, the participant can refer to and read more about the collection and processing of personal data in the terms of the privacy policy found at the link www.zorbas.com.cy.

The Organizer, as the Data Controller, processes the username, full name, contact details of the participants, the address for sending the Gift, as well as the comments they publish for the purpose of their participation in the Competition, the publicity of the Competition and its results in accordance with the terms of the competition, their communication and information in the event that they are declared winners and regarding the delivery of the Gift, the implementation of all necessary actions for its delivery to the winner. The personal data of the Winners are stored for up to one month after the delivery of the gifts and the legal basis for the processing is the contract, with their acceptance of the terms of the competition and the corresponding participation in it (article 6 par. 1 subs. a and b GDPR).

Personal Data is processed in accordance with European (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679) and national legislation, procedures and practices related to the aforementioned purposes, and is accessible by the Data Controller’s staff and third parties who, as processors, are involved in the organization of the Competition, the selection of the winners and the awarding/delivery of the Prizes. Participants have the right to information, access, deletion, correction, withdrawal of consent, etc., such as, for example, to request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data relating to them or an updated list of persons processing their personal data, in accordance with articles 12 – 23 of the General Data Protection Regulation, by contacting the Organizing Company located at 51 Armenias Street, 2006 Strovolos, Nicosia, tel: 22 871700 or by sending an email to [email protected] for the attention of the Marketing Department Manager.

Participation in the competition constitutes a free, clear and explicit declaration and consent of the participants for the processing of their above personal data. The participants’ data that will be collected will be used exclusively for the purposes mentioned herein. The search, acceptance and receipt of the prizes by the winner constitutes his/her express consent to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for the purpose of publicizing and advertising the competition and its results and for the processing of his/her data as above.

8.ACCEPTANCE OF CONTEST TERMS – CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Competition requires the unconditional acceptance of the Competition Terms, the Company’s Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use of the website www.zorbas.com.cy, as well as any other website used for participation and conducting the Competition. Except for the cases mentioned separately above, the Organizer reserves, in any case, the right to cancel the participation of any of the participants in the Competition, at any stage of it, even during the stage of delivery and receipt of the gifts, if the following cases apply to a participant:

In case that, for any reason, he/she does not fully accept these Competition terms or does not fulfill and/or comply with them in their entirety, all of which are considered essential.2. In case that for any reason it is not possible to contact a winner within the above-specified deadlines and in the manner referred to above in these terms of the Competition. Each participant has the opportunity at any time to access the data they provide to us, which (data) they may modify at any time or even delete in their entirety, by contacting the email [email protected] before the completion of the Competition. In the latter case, each participant acknowledges that upon deletion of their account, all their participations in the competition are automatically deleted and they are excluded from the right to draw for the prizes.

9. AMENDMENT OF COMPETITION TERMS

The Company and the Organizer reserve the right to modify in any way the present terms of the Competition, throughout its validity, including, but not limited to, postponing the dates of the Competition, changing the prizes offered at their discretion, as well as canceling the Competition for any reason, informing the public via the Organizer’s website at www.zorbas.com.cy as well as by any appropriate means and without bearing any liability towards any person, whether a contestant or not.
