For all these moments, our chefs have created five new dishes that will take you on a flavourful journey to Italy, Latin America and Asia.
Chicken tacos
Crispy tacos with seasoned chicken. The yoghurt with coriander that comes with it, is the perfect balanced for the slightly spicy flavour of the chicken taco. Neofyta Antoniou, the cook that created this recipe, wanted to offer something tasty and different to every tacos lover.
Casarecce with meatballs and tomato sauce
Casarecce pasta, tomato sauce with basil, pork meatballs, topped with kefalotyri cheese. A classic Mediterranean comfort food, full of aromas, created by Chef Tournant Elias Savvides.
Asian style baked chicken
Juicy chicken leg, marinated for 24 hours, topped with a rich Asian teriyaki sauce with honey and hoisin. A dish created by Chef Alexandros Anastasiou.
Pork with smoky sriracha sauce with chili
Juicy minced meat, smoky sriracha sauce, hot chili, mozzarella cheese and basmati rice, wrapped in a tortilla. Chef Konstantinos Konstantinou wanted to create a dish where Asian flavours meet those of Lanit America.
Chicken wrap
Tortilla filled with juicy chicken, onion, peppers, corn, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, Philadelphia cheese and sweet chili. The use of curry and paprika, that the Chef Antigoni Demetriou chose to use is the highlight of the dish.
