Pralina Confectioneries & Pralina Experience
Driven by high quality & aesthetics as well as the love for French pastry, in 2005 A. Zorbas & Sons Ltd acquired Pralina Confectioneries. With 2 stores in Nicosia and 1 in Limassol, Pralina Confectioneries offer unique desserts, created by expert pastry chefs.
In 2015 the first Pralina Experience café opened its doors, in Limassol. A complete all-day offering - for coffee, food, dessert and drinks, which "opened the door" to the Café/restaurant industry. Three years later, the opening of the 2nd Pralina Experience, on the busy, high-end Stasikratou Street, came to upgrade the gastronomic map of Nicosia.
The Akai restaurant, started operating in 2016 in Protaras area and as a casual, high-quality Asian food option. The dishes are cooked by specialised, mainly Asian, chefs, with only the best ingredients and based on authentic recipes. Akai sushi is also available across Cyprus, in selected Zorbas Bakeries.
The French Workshop
In 2015, the company went overseas. The TFW is a differentiated concept, with bakery and pastry offerings. The corner shop in the upgraded area of Queens of NY city, is now a hot spot for New Yorkers that love authentic French recipes. Driven by the trust of American consumers and the same tested and successful recipe, the second TFW opened in 2018, in Garden City area, NY.
