From the West to the East<\/strong><\/p>\n

Summer months are a time to enjoy new experiences, intense emotions and, now, new dishes from Zorbas Bakeries! Exotic flavors, strong combinations and dishes that will take you on a journey from the West to the East. If you haven’t planned your summer vacation yet, don’t worry. Embark on an express trip, with Italy, Thailand and other parts of Asia as your destination, and the chefs of Zorbas Bakeries as your guides!<\/p>\n

Rigatoni with Chicken Bites<\/strong><\/p>\n

A comfort food option, fried chicken bites breaded in cereal and rigatoni pasta with cream and kefalotyri cheese. Chef Tournant Ilias Savvidis wanted to create a dish that would look delicious to everyone, especially children. And he succeeded, by combining simple ingredients, irresistible textures and flavors that suit every palate.<\/p>\n

Chicken<\/strong> satay<\/strong> with<\/strong> peanut<\/strong> sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the most famous recipes of Thai cuisine: tender chicken with satay sauce with peanut butter, which is a mixture of exotic and summery elements, such as coconut milk, curry, turmeric and lime zest. The creator, Chef Konstantinos Konstantinou, who put his own touch on the authentic recipe, was inspired by the needs of everyday life and the taste preferences of the young audience.<\/p>\n

Asian<\/strong>–<\/strong>style<\/strong> pork<\/strong> with<\/strong> soya<\/strong> sauce<\/strong>, <\/strong>honey<\/strong> and<\/strong> ginger<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tempura pork, which is enhanced by soy sauce, with honey, ginger and sweet chili. Baby corn, bamboo roots, red pepper, mushrooms and green beans complete the dish, offering a truly Asian option. Chef Omiros Omirou and Cook A’ Panagiotis Kyrou collaborated on the recipe, sharing their knowledge of Asian cuisine. Therefore, the result could not be anything but exotically delicious.<\/p>\n

Moo ping<\/strong><\/p>\n

A characteristic example of Asian flavors and inspired by Thai cuisine, the skewer consists of pork fillet, which is marinated for 24 hours. It is enriched with teriyaki sauce from soy and coconut milk, while coriander is not missing for freshness. Chef Dimitrios Chiras, used with ingenuity the ingredients he had in his kitchen to create a dish that is both exotic and familiar at the same time.<\/p>\n
