Suitable candidates will have responsibility for the company’s rotisseries. They will cooperate with the Chef of the company for the creation, quality and presentation of food at the rotisseries. They will also have the responsibility for the education and coordination the personnel, compliance of safety and hygiene levels HACCP quality and excellent customer service.

Academic Education: Diploma in Higher Hotel Institute or other relevant degree

Qualifications: Confidentiality, organizational capabilities, experience in HACCP systems

Work Experience: At least 3 years in similar position
