October 16th is World Bread Day, and we choose to celebrate by adding two new breads to our range, that will for sure bring back to your memory the taste of an old, good loaf!
Taking into consideration the contemporary nutritional needs and at the same time inspired by tradition, we have created:
Single origin bread, which is kneaded with single origin flour. This is the first and only single origin bread in the Cypriot market and it stands out for its superior quality. Compared to common flours, this Canadian flour is the best in the world, as it undergoes strict controls to ensure quality.
Bread with four types of flour, which are combined and offer you the perfect result. It is baked with rye flour, which is of high nutritional value, wholemeal flour, barley, and wheat flour.
