The right candidate will be responsible for the take away food in one of the company stores. In coordination with the Executive Chef, he/she will have to ensure the high quality, the plan and the presentation of the food. His/her duties will also include the training of our employees, the implementation of HACCP standards and the high level of service to our customers
Education: Degree in Hotel and Catering
Qualifications: Reliability, organisation skills, experience in implementation of HACCP standards
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position
